An interior and exterior upgrade to a linear two-story house built into the hills of Arcata. The spectacular view out over the bay warranted a greater indoor to outdoor connection and included a dramatic expansion to the outdoor deck. The lower level, previously a dark basement, was given new life as an extension of the living environment with new windows and doors to add light and views.
