The new Holly Yashi jewelry manufacturing facility and offices were designed to accommodate the continually expanding business with additional area for a retail space. An open and light first floor layout is designed with a number of skylights and windows to daylight the manufacturing space. Executive offices are located on the loft above. Exterior landscape design includes permeable pavers in the parking lot.
