The Moser Properties Office is situated on the developing business park adjacent to the Arcata/Eureka Airport. The offices were designed in a courtyard configuration that assisted with natural daylighting and ventilation. Attention to detail and materials was an important component in the project as seen in the cornice molding and copper gutters and downspouts.
