C 2 F WATERFRONT

A planning study that involved working with the City of Eureka, property owners, and the general public.  Multiple master planning studies, compiled through a series of public charrettes and meetings, focused on the potential development of the Eureka waterfront between C and F Streets.  Ultimately six plans were generated that included conceptual uses ranging from hotels and retails spaces to parks and new tide pools.
