The Cottages at Cypress is solar-powered pocket neighborhood through the development and design of 24 cottage-style, affordable and stand alone senior homes on a two acre parcel. The project includes the residential units, a manager's unit, two common structures, parking areas, and common and private outdoor spaces. The design focuses on encouraging outdoor use and activity by creating an openness to the surrounding area. Green building? Yes. LEED for Homes, and all the rest!
