Located in Eureka near Cooper Gulch park, this new 3-story senior housing building will infill a long empty lot and provide additional affordable housing in the city. The building’s gabled roofline nods to the primarily single family residential area in which it is located. Colorful porches individualize each unit as well as providing residents a great view of Humboldt Bay. A one story Community Building provides additional amenities including a teaching kitchen, gathering space, and fitness room. This project is currently in progress.
