This project provides housing for community members residents that need 24 hour care. Three new structures will contain a great room, kitchen, office space, and three bedrooms and bathrooms for residents. The buildings are intended to have a single family residential, cozy feel that will be comfortable for residents and their family members when they visit. Exterior paint colors and interior design schemes will vary between each building to provide additional way finding cues to residents. The building style is meant to compliment the Cottages at Fort Bragg, next door, also completed by K. Boodjeh Architects.
